Cancellation Policy
By purchasing this service, you the client understand that all sessions are paid for upfront and that cancellations requested within less than 24 hours of the session appointment, or failure to attend a booked session without cancellation, will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. Important: Please note that medical aids do not cover your counselling sessions with me, as I am not a psychologist. Should you require the services of a psychologist for whom medical aid does cover sessions, please contact me via email or Whatsapp and I will refer you to the appropriate person.
